Breakfast

Buttermilk Pancakes
Mix in large bowl:
3 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
3/8 tsp. salt (skip if using salted butter)
4 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
add:
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
gently stir
Drop onto greased griddle.
Turn as the bubbles are popping.
Re-spray your griddle/pan after EACH batch.
Cool leftovers before stacking and storing them.
Leftovers microwave well.
