Breads

Beer Bread
Mix in large bowl:
3 c. self-rising flour
(to make self-rising flour mix 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt & flour to make 1 cup)
3 Tbsp. sugar
gently stir in a 12-oz can beer...old, new, warm, cold, any flavor...
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 50-60 minutes.
To speed up the baking time, use a larger pan and cook for less time.
I use a 9x13 and bake for approx. 30 min.  The top will not get very brown.

'Bread that a 4-year-old can make'
If you like home-made bread, but don't care for the fuss, try this out.  It's like going to Bread Co. and getting a loaf right out of the oven.  You will have to prepare it the day before you'd like to enjoy it.
